Wife Of Man Killed By DUI Driver Wants Justice

MABLETON, GA -- A Cobb County woman doesn't want anyone to forget her husband. Lucretia Phillips believes as long as people remember her husband Leonard, they won't forget that the drunk driver who killed him is still on the loose. "He was an outstanding citizen of Cobb County and I feel like his human and civil rights were violated when the guy struck him that day."

Phillips went back to the intersection where her husband was killed on the two year anniversary of his death. She said that every time she passes the intersection at Mableton Parkway and Old Gordon Road, she cries.

"I wouldn't want this to happen to anybody's family," Lucretia Phillips said. "The pain and suffering that we're going through and that he had to deal with was horrible."
