Rumours Begin to Swirl about the Mable House Barnes Amphitheatre and its Cobb County Ownership

Atlanta, GA--  Rumours are that Cobb County may be looking into selling Mable House Amphitheatre to a private company.  The Mableton Amphitheatre continues to not make enough revenues to pay for itself, which is expected in the early years, but it is currently in its 8th year.

What began as a venue to host 15 shows a year, now only has roughly 5 shows a year with no turnaround in sight.  Because the amphitheatre was built to be an enterprise fund in which it pays for itself, there is serious consideration to eventually sale the property to a private company to take over.
