Missing woman with Alzheimer never returned from Race Trac

MABLETON, Ga. -- Cobb County Police have issued a Mattie's Call after a 66-year-old woman never came back from her walk to a nearby Race Trac.
Family members told police Emma Gladys Sheppard left the Beverly Forest Apartment Complex to walk to the gas station just over a mile away. The family told officers she did not have her cell phone with her and suffers from Alzheimer's and "mental disorders". She's described as a black female, 149 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. She left the apartment wearing a black leather jacket, blue jeans, black shoes, and a purple skull cap.
