ROSWELL | Police suspect connection among home invasions | News

ROSWELL, Ga. -- Police have arrested eight people in connection with a string of home invasions, and believe they could possibly be tied to more crimes.

Roswell Police Lt. James McGee said in the past month, thieves have burglarized families in Gwinnett, Cobb and Fulton counties. In each case, the victims were Asian Indian and thieves seemed to go straight for their jewelry.

Two of those attacks happened within the past week: a Mableton family was robbed Tuesday night, while thieves hit a Roswell family the next evening.

McGee said in the next few days, Roswell Police will work with other agencies to see if the suspects are responsible for other unsolved burglaries fitting the same pattern.
