Nominate a great teacher for free Pollo Tropical for a year | Restaurants
ATLANTA -- Two metro Atlanta teachers will soon have the opportunity to receive free food from Pollo Tropical for a year.
The Pollo Tropical Teachers of the Year movement rewards great local teachers for making a daily difference in the lives of students.
"Pollo Tropical and its Teachers of the Year campaign honors and rewards teachers and active schools, parents and students," Kim Miller, vice president of marketing and communications for Pollo Tropical, said in a statement. "We hope all of our customers join us in celebrating our teachers and enjoying a well-deserved reward."
One teacher each from Cobb and Gwinnett counties will earn the honor this year. To win, a teacher must be nominated by students and parents.
If you want to nominate a teacher, visit pollotropical.com/myteacher, enroll in the Pollo Reward$ loyalty program, and then provide the deserving teacher's full name, subject and grade taught, school name, school address and school phone number.
Customers who nominate teachers will receive rewards too -- a free small Pollo Tropical Tropichop with any drink purchase.
Nominations will be accepted until 5 p.m. on Thursday, May 31. The winning teachers must work in Cobb or Gwinnett.
Pollo Tropical's two metro Atlanta restaurants are 825 Duluth Highway in Lawrenceville and the franchise's newest location, 2955 Cobb Parkway in Vinings.
